My background is in building and leading businesses in fast-moving platform environments, where strategy only matters if execution works.
As a former Vice President and General Manager at Delivery Hero, DoorDash, and Wolt, I've spent 15 years operating, growing and expanding food-tech businesses, and building high performing teams. My work has taken me across Turkey, the Middle East, Latin America, and now Germany.
I bring an operator's perspective: practical, commercial, and grounded in reality. The work I do is less about frameworks and more about what actually helps companies move faster, scale better, and avoid expensive mistakes.
